We do not take custom orders at this time.

How do I clean my plushie?
We recommend spot cleaning your plushie if necessary with soap and warm water. Lay out to dry, do not machine dry.
Are the eyes safe?
Generally, safety eyes are not recommended for children under the age of 3 without supervision. Smaller safety eyes can be ripped out and be a choking hazard.
Are the plushies durable?
We only use the highest quality materials to make our pieces. That being said, excessive tugging or pulling can cause eyes to come lose, or pieces/yarn to unravel. We recommend treating your handmade plushie with care to ensure it lasts for many years to come :)
Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
No. We do not accept returns or refunds. We also do not exchange items. We are not responsible for any items that may be lost in the mail if you have not purchased tracking with your order. If you did purchase tracking, the shipping carrier does have insurance and a claim can be filed through them.
Can I sell the finished goods from a PDF crochet pattern?
Yes, you can sell the items you make, but please credit us for the pattern!
What is a crochet pattern?
Our crochet patterns are used by other crochet artists to create their own plushies! They do not teach you how to crochet, you must already have an understanding of the basic stitches. Our patterns are for beginners/intermediates at this time.
